User accounts with various degrees of data access
ClubSec requires all users to have an account with a Username and Password. Accounts can only be created and removed by an Administrator. Besides Administrators, there are another four distinct User Access Levels - Full User, Data Inputter, User and Doorman - each with appropriate access to different functions and data.
ClubSec club management software was designed around the needs of member clubs. From an understanding of what you need in terms of club data management and membership data management, we were able to produce a package that will benefit virtually any club.
ClubSec not only lets you store and manipulate all your membership data, it provides easy to use facilities for collecting subs, dealing with lapsed and overdue members, applicants, communicating with the members and much, much more. What's more, if you wish, you can use ClubSec to run all your raffles, draws, bingo and totes. It can even manage e-sales of your raffle tickets if you want to stop wasting paper.
