Automate processes and save work
ClubSec provides in a fraction of a second information that it would take a human
hours, or days to collect. Some examples:
- How many members you have in each membership class
- How many deceased or lapsed members are still on file
- How many members have subs due or overdue
- Which members have significant birthdays or anniversaries looming
In what other ways can I save work?
ClubSec has dedicated screens for dealing efficiently with:
- Membership applications and applicants converting to members
- Deceased members and their partners
- Collecting subscriptions
- Overdue and lapsed members, individual and group removal from database, printing
lists etc.
- Changes to membership classes
So there are never any loose ends - all the data that relates to a person from their
membership application through to their passing can be stored and processed in one
place. It may be that different people deal with each of the above tasks but they
will all share the same, current data.
From almost every screen of ClubSec you will see buttons and links that perform
tasks that you might otherwise need to do. For example, when someone pays subs,
there is a button allowing you to print a membership label, if required. When you
access a member's data screen, you can instantly print an address label or a contact
sheet or e-mail the member directly.
Another example, how many times does someone leave their lights on and you spend
20 minutes trying to locate the owner of the vehicle? Well, if you encourage members
to register their licence plates it becomes very easy to find the vehicle's owner.
